Swell size: 2-3ft SSE
The SSE swell has picked up to 2-3ft on the more open beaches with fresh SW winds early, that are forecast to go gale force SSW later in the day. The tide is high just before 8am, dropping to a low at 1.45pm. Get in early before the gale force SSW winds get up with waves all along the open beaches first up with the S protected stretches the best in the 2ft range.

An E swell of up to 1 metre, another great Autumn beach day. Take care. All major Sunshine Coast beaches will be patrolled by lifeguards from 7.30am untill 4.30 pm. Take care and follow any warning signs and follow any directions given by Lifeguards. Remember for your safety always swim only between the RED &YELLOW flags. Ensure you swim when Lifeguards and Lifesavers are on duty and don't swim after hours. NO FLAGS = NO SWIM.
